Artificial Intelligence Based Cybersecurity Risk Assessment and Threat Analysis for Digital Enterprises
Abstract
The rapid digital transformation of enterprises has significantly increased their dependence on interconnected systems, cloud platforms, and data-driven applications. While this transformation improves operational efficiency and scalability, it also exposes organizations to a wide range of cybersecurity risks and sophisticated cyber threats. Traditional risk assessment methods are often static, manual, and reactive, making them insufficient to handle dynamic and evolving cyberattack patterns. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative solution for enhancing cybersecurity risk assessment and threat analysis in digital enterprises. AI-based systems leverage machine learning and deep learning algorithms to analyze large-scale security data, detect anomalies, predict potential threats, and evaluate risk levels in real time. This research focuses on the application of AI-driven cybersecurity frameworks for identifying vulnerabilities, assessing risk exposure, and analyzing cyber threats in enterprise environments. The study explores techniques such as supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning models including Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Neural Networks, and anomaly detection algorithms. The proposed approach integrates threat intelligence, behavioral analytics, and predictive modeling to enhance decision-making in cybersecurity management. Performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and risk prediction reliability are evaluated. The findings demonstrate that AI-based cybersecurity systems significantly improve risk detection accuracy, reduce response time, and strengthen enterprise security posture in dynamic digital environments
