Peer Review Process

Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's standards may be returned to the authors for correction or declined. • Double-Blind Peer Review: Manuscripts that successfully pass the editorial screening are assigned to independent subject-matter experts for double-blind peer review. The identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process, ensuring fairness and impartiality. Reviewers critically evaluate the manuscript's novelty, methodological rigor, technical accuracy, literature support, and contribution to the field. • Review Outcome and Revision Process: The peer-review process is typically completed within 5 to 6 weeks from the date of submission. Authors receiving revision requests are expected to address all reviewer comments thoroughly and submit a revised manuscript along with a response document. • Final Acceptance and Publication: Once the revised manuscript meets all editorial and reviewer requirements, a final publication decision is issued by the Editor-in-Chief. Accepted manuscripts undergo professional copyediting, proofreading, formatting, and DOI assignment to ensure accuracy and consistency. Authors receive final proofs for review and approval before publication. Following approval of the revised manuscript, the production and publication process is generally completed within 2 weeks.
