The Editor-in-Chief retains full responsibility and authority over editorial decisions and publication scheduling.

Editors and editorial staff treat all submitted manuscripts and related communications as confidential. Information concerning manuscripts is disclosed only to the corresponding author, reviewers, editorial advisors, and publishing personnel when necessary.

Conflicts of Interest

Editors must avoid situations that may create actual or perceived conflicts of interest. Editors who have competitive, collaborative, institutional, or personal relationships with authors must withdraw from handling the manuscript and assign it to another qualified editor.

Unpublished information obtained through manuscript handling must not be used for personal research or professional advantage.
