Nomination Process

Nominations may be submitted by:

Required documentation includes:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • Complete publication list.

  • ORCID profile (recommended).
  • Google Scholar, Scopus, or Web of Science researcher profile (if available).

Independent Selection Process

The selection process consists of multiple stages:

Stage 1 – Eligibility Verification

Verification of eligibility requirements and supporting documentation.

Stage 2 – Independent Expert Review

Eligible nominations are evaluated independently by members of the Award Evaluation Committee using the published evaluation criteria.

Stage 3 – Scoring and Ranking

Each nomination is scored using the standardized evaluation rubric. Candidates are ranked according to their final evaluation scores.

Stage 4 – Final Approval

Recommendations are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief, and the final recipient is approved by the Editorial Board.

The decision of the Editorial Board is final.

Award Evaluation Committee

The Award Evaluation Committee consists of experienced researchers, senior academics, and subject-matter experts with recognized scholarly credentials.

Committee members:

  • evaluate nominations independently;
  • maintain confidentiality throughout the review process;
  • disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest; and
  • recuse themselves from evaluating nominations where a conflict exists.

Revocation Policy

The journal reserves the right to revoke the award if a recipient is subsequently found to have engaged in:
