Selection Process

  4. Each paper is evaluated using the published scoring criteria.
  5. Final recommendations are reviewed and approved by the Editor-in-Chief.
  6. The decision of the Award Committee is final.

Award Evaluation Committee

The Award Evaluation Committee consists of qualified scholars and subject experts from academia and industry who possess relevant expertise.

Committee members:

  • are selected based on academic qualifications and research experience;
  • declare potential conflicts of interest;
  • do not evaluate papers in which they have any authorship or institutional conflict;
  • maintain confidentiality throughout the evaluation process.

Selection Standards
