AI-Powered Reliability Traceability and Compliance Frameworks for Modern Enterprise Transformation Systems
Abstract
Modern enterprise transformation systems are increasingly built on complex digital ecosystems integrating artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, distributed architectures, and data-driven automation. As organizations adopt these technologies, ensuring reliability, traceability, and regulatory compliance has become a critical requirement for operational sustainability and governance. AI-powered frameworks play a central role in enabling real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, automated decision-making, and intelligent anomaly detection, thereby improving system resilience and transparency. This paper explores the design and implementation of AI-powered reliability, traceability, and compliance frameworks within modern enterprise transformation systems. It investigates how AI techniques such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive modeling can enhance system reliability through proactive failure detection and self-healing mechanisms. Furthermore, it examines traceability mechanisms supported by blockchain, data lineage tracking, and explainable AI to ensure transparency in enterprise operations. The study also analyzes compliance frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO requirements. A qualitative and conceptual research methodology is adopted to synthesize existing literature and propose an integrated enterprise governance model. The findings suggest that AI-driven frameworks significantly enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational trust while reducing risks associated with system failures, data breaches, and governance gaps in digital enterprises.
