Enterprise AI Framework for Secure SAP Systems Using Intelligent Agents and Hybrid Cloud Architecture for Intelligent Automation

Abstract

The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI), hybrid cloud computing, and enterprise automation has transformed how organizations manage business-critical SAP environments. Traditional SAP systems often face challenges related to security vulnerabilities, inefficient resource utilization, fragmented automation, and limited real-time decision-making capabilities. This paper proposes an Enterprise AI Framework that integrates intelligent AI agents, hybrid cloud architecture, and secure SAP platforms to deliver intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and adaptive cybersecurity. The proposed framework combines Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, cloud-native services, DevSecOps, and Zero Trust Security principles to establish a resilient and scalable enterprise ecosystem. Intelligent agents continuously monitor enterprise workloads, optimize SAP business processes, automate repetitive operations, detect security anomalies, and provide real-time recommendations to decision-makers. Hybrid cloud deployment enables flexible workload distribution while maintaining data integrity, regulatory compliance, and business continuity. The framework also incorporates predictive maintenance, automated governance, identity and access management, and intelligent workflow orchestration to improve operational efficiency. A conceptual enterprise architecture and implementation workflow are presented to demonstrate how AI-enabled automation enhances productivity, security, and enterprise resilience. Comparative analysis indicates that the proposed framework improves response time, resource utilization, scalability, compliance management, and cyber defense while reducing operational costs and manual intervention. The proposed architecture serves as a practical roadmap for enterprises seeking secure, intelligent, and future-ready SAP digital transformation.
