Advancing Autonomous Enterprise Intelligence through Cloud Native Engineering Driven by AI Paradigms for Intelligent Agility

Abstract

The rapid evolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cloud-native technologies has transformed enterprise engineering by enabling autonomous decision-making, intelligent automation, and agile digital operations. Modern organizations increasingly require adaptive enterprise architectures capable of responding dynamically to changing business environments while maintaining operational efficiency, scalability, and resilience. This study proposes an AI-driven cloud-native engineering framework that advances autonomous enterprise intelligence through the integration of machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, microservices, container orchestration, and continuous governance. The proposed framework enables organizations to automate enterprise processes, optimize cloud resource utilization, improve strategic decision-making, and strengthen operational agility. Cloud-native engineering provides scalable, modular, and resilient infrastructure, while AI paradigms facilitate autonomous learning, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and real-time business intelligence. The research adopts a design science methodology supported by enterprise architecture modeling, cloud-native simulation, AI model evaluation, and comparative performance analysis. The framework is assessed using enterprise performance indicators, including scalability, deployment efficiency, resource optimization, business continuity, cybersecurity readiness, and intelligent decision accuracy. The findings indicate that integrating AI with cloud-native enterprise engineering significantly improves organizational agility, operational resilience, innovation capability, and digital transformation readiness. The study contributes a comprehensive enterprise engineering model that supports intelligent, autonomous, and sustainable enterprise ecosystems capable of addressing the evolving demands of Industry 5.0 and AI-enabled digital enterprises
