Next Generation Enterprise Systems using Artificial Intelligence with Federated Learning and Secure Cloud Computing
Abstract
Next-generation enterprise systems are rapidly evolving with the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Federated Learning (FL), and secure cloud computing to address modern challenges in scalability, privacy, and intelligent decision-making. Traditional enterprise architectures struggle with centralized data processing, privacy concerns, and high latency in distributed environments. This paper proposes a conceptual framework that combines AI-driven analytics, federated learning for decentralized model training, and secure cloud infrastructures to enable intelligent, privacy-preserving, and scalable enterprise systems. Federated learning allows multiple distributed nodes to collaboratively train machine learning models without sharing raw data, thereby ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. AI enhances predictive analytics, automation, and decision intelligence across enterprise workflows. Secure cloud computing provides the necessary infrastructure with encryption, identity management, and zero-trust security models to safeguard enterprise assets. The integration of these technologies enables real-time insights, reduces data transfer overhead, and enhances operational efficiency. This study also discusses architecture design, implementation methodology, and key challenges such as communication overhead, model heterogeneity, and security risks. The proposed approach demonstrates how enterprises can transition toward intelligent, decentralized, and secure digital ecosystems that support future-ready business operations
