An AI-Driven Cloud-Native Enterprise Framework for Intelligent Security Automation and Distributed Data Engineering
Abstract
: Modern enterprise environments face unprecedented challenges in managing massive, decentralized data streams while defending against sophisticated, polymorphic cyber threats. This paper proposes an AI-Driven Cloud-Native Enterprise Framework designed to unify Intelligent Security Automation and Distributed Data Engineering into a cohesive, self-healing ecosystem. Leveraging microservices architecture, containerized orchestration, and real-time streaming pipelines, the framework facilitates seamless data ingestion, transformation, and storage across multi-cloud environments. Concurrently, it embeds decentralized machine learning models directly into the data fabric to achieve real-time anomaly detection, automated threat mitigation, and adaptive access control without introducing latency bottlenecks. By employing an event-driven paradigm powered by Apache Kafka and Kubernetes, the system ensures high availability, horizontal scalability, and strict compliance with global data governance standards. The integration of zero-trust architecture with automated MLOps pipelines enables continuous model retraining, mitigating data drift and adapting to evolving threat vectors. Empirical evaluations demonstrate that the framework drastically reduces mean time to detect and respond to security incidents while optimizing compute resource utilization. Ultimately, this research bridges the gap between large-scale data engineering and autonomous enterprise security, offering a robust blueprint for resilient digital transformation
